A 40' x 90' clubhouse for owners to enjoy. Many park activities are held inside.

A 26 x 45 heated pool with lounge chairs is located beside the clubhouse. A covered area with table and chairs is also available.

There are 9 shuffleboard courts and 2 covered bocce ball courts.
